One Wild and Precious Life

I’ve lived afraid for far too long. Afraid of change. Afraid of circumstances not in my control…Afraid of things that may never come to pass.

I have one life.

One precious, beautiful, chaotic, heartbreaking and amazing life. I can’t live in fear. That’s not being alive–not really.

I need to live for the day. Each second. Each moment. Rejoice in the beauty of the world. In love. In friendship. In peace. It exists everywhere, now that my eyes are open.

I have one life.

I don’t intend to waste it.
