They all seem to be something I can imagine Lafayette mixin’ up.  I love the names, Terry’s Jailhouse Chili for example! There is brilliant wit paired with mostly easy recipes. It is true to the show, and to the books. Many of the recipes are ones that have been mentioned before in both mediums.

It really transports you to Bon Temps.

This a fun cookbook to use when you’re cooking for larger crowds and want to make something to really be proud of.

What a neat book! It’s fun and full of color, and makes you want to get in the kitchen and do some cooking!
