Dear Autumn,

I am so thankful for your return. Well, almost – technically you don’t arrive for a few more weeks, but in my mind; once the leaves turn, you are here!

The cool, crisp air seems to warm my soul. Nothing makes me happier than a Fall day. Exploring forests, watching the beauty of nature transitioning. Pumpkin patches, so rich with colour and life. Seeing the hard-work of tending to crops coming into fruition.

Pure bliss.

This Autumn will bring more happiness. I will be marrying the love of my life, surrounded by my greatest loves – fall foliage and the wonderful people that hold real estate within my heart. It is a season of wonder and magic.

I am thankful for the life God has given me.

I am thankful for the life I have created for myself.

I am thankful for those in my life.

I am thankful for those whom have exited my life.

I am overcome with gratitude.
